The weather was devine so we made good use of the spacious deck, BBQ and outdoor furniture, enjoyed the lake-views listened to the chatter and song of bellbirds and tuiEasy walk or cycle to the lake. Everything you might need in the kitchen, plenty of space.The BBQ needed a good clean, but was soon done by us. "

"Great location 5-10 minutes by car from Eat Street/downtown Rotorua. Nice to have a lake view especially late at night and first thing in the morning. Unfortunately the grassed reserve in front of the lake is covered in doggy doos - not impressed with the local dog owners.... The house is comfortable with a great garden and lawn - beds are comfortable and the environs are quiet. House as such is 40 odd years old and the "styling" reflects this. Nevertheless it's a suitable home to rent and has...

"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect for visiting the Tree Walk—it’s just about a 15-minute walk to the ticket office, which made it super convenient. We highly recommend doing the Tree Walk both during the day and at night to fully experience its magic. The house itself was wonderful. The bedrooms were spacious, and everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. There’s also a nice selection of shops and restaurants just a few minutes...
