"had an event on close, and stayed here as it was very affordable for three people for a week. You will be sharing the house with the owner and his cat jasper. Very amenable, we had to send kids first, then we also had to leave early and was no hassles.Main bed is on the firm side, with a huge ensuite and fridge.The second room is also large with a medium bed."

"The house is very spacious and luxurious. I would even say the best I’ve stayed in Rotorua and this was the 3rd trip to celebrate a 21st in the family in the last 4years.Seating areas indoor and out comfortably sat the six of us. There were also spaces inside and out to split up to get something quiet (Duolingo) done.Commutation was clear and any questions were answered quickly.This would be my absolute first choice to hunt it down again the next time I want a holiday in Rotorua. "We toured NZ for 2 weeks and spent 3 nights in the middle of the trip at the house. Unfortunately weather wasn't on our side, but have all the space, games, and great kitchen available meant if we were going to be rained in, we landed in the right spot and had some great family time."

"The beds were clean and comfortable. It has a pretty view of the lake. Great communication with host. Nothing really in walking distance, but we were able to easily call Ubers. Overall the property needed a deep cleaning. "

"The hotel is in a great spot close to the beaches and cafes. The unit we were allocated was right on a busy road and is quite dated. The furnishings need a refresh. The pool was closed. I used the gym , which was ok. Parking is safe and adequate. "
