"had an event on close, and stayed here as it was very affordable for three people for a week. You will be sharing the house with the owner and his cat jasper. Very amenable, we had to send kids first, then we also had to leave early and was no hassles.Main bed is on the firm side, with a huge ensuite and fridge.The second room is also large with a medium bed."

"Stunning views from lounge/deck. I would describe this house as Retro kiwi bach style. It had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Plenty of beds and 2 bathrooms (1up, 1 down) was great. Loved that we had access to beach from deck. Perfect for our holiday."

I would even say the best I’ve stayed in Rotorua and this was the 3rd trip to celebrate a 21st in the family in the last 4years.Seating areas indoor and out comfortably sat the six of us. "We toured NZ for 2 weeks and spent 3 nights in the middle of the trip at the house. Unfortunately weather wasn't on our side, but have all the space, games, and great kitchen available meant if we were going to be rained in, we landed in the right spot and had some great family time."

"Was so Perfect for my family. Place is big and new nice furnishings with modern kitchen. Modern interior. Perfect place for a relaxed stay. Outdoors need a wee bit of love. Grass was tall to walk on. nothing major..we loved your house and will stay again if needed."

"Great spot, upstairs was nice however rubbish left from assuming previous people. Some basics missing that would assume would be there ie hand soapDownstairs left a lot to be desired needs a deep clean. I didn’t even want o sit in the couch. Best bed was master upstairs the other mattresses were a bit yuck.We had a great stay please take this as constructive feedback"
