"Service was amazing! Staff were so helpful and accommodating and she always had a smile on her face. Awesome value for money! The only downsides I would say is we had someone below us that didn’t follow the time rules of the pool & their hot tub & were outside very loud with their children waking us up, I don’t find fault with the staff but it would be great if the time rules were enforced. And the stairs up stairs was a bit scary walking up in the middle of the rain because it’s so slippery. "

"Absolutely loved the Pullman, service is 5 star, the room was spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay here again only issue is the hotel does not have carparks and you have to pay for valet parking bit there is parking on the street that is free from 5pm to 9am Weekdays and from 12pm on Saturday. Buffet breakfast was ok."
