"This adorable mini-farm is located an easy 30 min drive from downtown Auckland and a super quick 7-10 min drive to a town that has everything you need! The hosts were attentive to our needs, yet gave us privacy. They provided several breakfast options in the kitchen for us to have daily and plenty of local suggestions for great restaurants. If you are looking for a central place to explore the north island. Do not hesitate to book this fabulous place!"

"Warm and cosy, modern kitchen great for cooking. Good heating and a nice big shower, needs a non slip mat. Love the farm vibe, oranges right outside the kitchen window. Private and safe. I think the sheets and duvets were singles put over the queen size bed, otherwise perfect with the electric blankets."

"This beautifully appointed cottage, next to Barry the owners home, has everything and more, than you could ever need. The view from the cottage is over rural farm land and out to the Shorebird Coast, Firth of Thames and the Coromandel ranges beyond. The moment I arrived from central Auckland I felt myself start to relax. Barry was very friendly and helpful. "Absolutely stunning location. Excellent accommodation facilities and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My kids loved the open space and the goats and cow. Very clean, comfortable beds and they provide plenty of breakfast options. Great dining options near by too. Highly recommend!"

"I had the really small room. I knew it was going to be tiny when I booked it. All good. The bathroom was a good size. The thing i appreciated was attention to detail, I needed for nothing. They even had actual coffee grounds and a press, which I'm realizing in NZ is the norm. All other hotels I've stayed at here only have instant coffee. They had fresh milk and cookies ( bag). The room was super clean. I ordered the lamb dinner at the pub, super good!!"
