The view from the cottage is over rural farm land and out to the Shorebird Coast, Firth of Thames and the Coromandel ranges beyond. "Warm and cosy, modern kitchen great for cooking. Good heating and a nice big shower, needs a non slip mat. Love the farm vibe, oranges right outside the kitchen window. Private and safe. I think the sheets and duvets were singles put over the queen size bed, otherwise perfect with the electric blankets."

"Was great accommodation and facilities. Would stay again, good location. We did try low-set accommodation due to age of youngest child, but none available at time. So just a couple of suggestions maybe a child rail for stairway and if broken or unuseable furniture are removed. Otgerwise great place. "

The amazing view and direct connection to the sand dunes, river, and beach, were amazing.
