"They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping. "

"Beautiful and private world-class beach with nice beach chairs and umbrellas. Steel drum background music in the evening, everyone happy and having a great time. My room was great and so was the staff!"

"Staff at the Bay Watch were friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!"

"Had so much fun this weekend in Hampton Bays! House was perfect for a group of friends - many bedrooms, bathrooms, great pool with tons of outdoor games, and even the arcade room inside! So close to the beach, and a number of great restaurants. Highly recommend this house, and appreciate how helpful our host was with making sure we had everything we need and more!"
