"They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping. "

The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!"

"The staff were some college-aged guys who made us feel super welcome. The place isn't what we were expecting, which, for my family, was totally awesome! We wanted to experience The Hamptons without all the rich/famous/fancy/frills, and this place was perfect for that! The location and beach access were exactly what we were hoping for!
