"Outstanding location. This is within walking distance of Maine Savings Amphitheater! Most comfortable mini couch I’ve ever been in. Open space is great! However, this was advertised on VRBO as having a clothes washer and dryer. Upon arrival, unit DID NOT have a working clothes washer. After several communications with the unit’s POC and after determining that the washer could not be replaced in time during my stay, we agreed to reasonable compensation for this inconvenience. "We visited the Acadia / Bar Harbor area. Orland was approximately 40 minutes from that area. The apartment was very clean & comfortable, we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It’s located on a small lake, and is surrounded by lots of trees. "

"What a perfect little getaway to Maine. Donna and Dave are the most welcoming hosts. You will feel at home staying here. They have a comfy bed, kayaks to use, hot tub and a bbq. The lake is beautiful and we got to see our very own sunrise from it. It’s about 45 minutes to Acadia but an easy straight ride and local for all that you need. We will come again. "This was a great choice for our two night stay in Belfast. Short walk to town and also a short walk to the grocery store. The place itself was cozy and decorated with a cabin feel. Full kitchen if needed. It was very well done Please note the two bedrooms and lone bathroom are up a spiral staircase. This may be a problem if you have mobility issues. Perfect spot for a couple or family with a few children. This may be a little tight for two couples"
