"My wife and I stayed for two nights in March. Arrival and check in was incredibly simple with clear instructions and door code entry. The apartment is up a somewhat steep staircase, but manageable. "Just as-advertised. A somewhat-quirky (though quaint and cozy) space above the flower shop on a local flower farm. My kids loved seeing/meeting the animals, which was a nice perk. Kitchen could have used a few more basics (toaster or baking tray? coffee machine?), but felt "on theme" given the farmhouse feel. Stacy was delightful, and very responsive. "The Hidden Retreat was the perfect place to stay! It was just me and my husband, and Wendy has made it very comfortable. The area is quiet and relaxing, perfect for after spending a day at Bar Harbor or Acadia National Park. She was a great host and had all the amenities you would need. I would highly recommend a stay at Hidden Retreat!"
