"Cozy place with modern amenities and a fantastic view. The coffee and tea bar is wonderful and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen is perfectly stocked and fun to cook in. The best part was lounging on the couch, looking at the penobscot narrows, while enjoying the peaceful quiet with my partner while we knitted. Thank you for the relaxing vacation."

"We visited the Acadia / Bar Harbor area. Orland was approximately 40 minutes from that area. The apartment was very clean & comfortable, we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It’s located on a small lake, and is surrounded by lots of trees. "

"My sister and I booked this beautiful site for traveling through New England for her birthday. I recommend this spot for any couple or best friends looking to get away for a little peace, quiet and reconnecting. I read a book, had a camp fire, went kayaking. Took gorgeous pictures and even sat in the hottub without having to step off the property. Maines best kept secret "

"My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and picked this property because it looked suitable for where we wanted to be from a location standpoint. The room was nice and I think we both enjoyed the historic aspect of the building. The property manager was exceptional in regards to responses while we were there.
