"We frequently use this hotel as it’s the best by far for service , always friendly on arrival, rooms always spotless. Food is absolutely outstanding and the spa? Well this is why we return, have been to a lot of hotels with spas but this one is by far the best, great it’s open late for adults so you can use before or after dinner and the staff here are the best staff I have came across. Don’t think there was enough staff on to keep everything topped up and clean - hotel fully booked for the Royal Highland Show but they must have been aware this would be an issue "
