"The water in the shower was cold two days and scorching hot one day and the temperature could not be adjusted. We tried to make changes to our reservation at the desk, but had to call the central booking number. So that was a bit inconvenient but they did let us use their hotel phone. Convenient access to the train station to travel to London. The breakfast was expensive so we didn't buy it. They said that the wifi was free in the lobby but it was dreadfully slow. We eventually tried the free...

"Room condition was poor marks on walls and stains on carpets not additional bedding in family room , appeared to be only for named person on booking, informed when room was booked " payment on departure" not so asked to pay on arrival "

"No smapoo to wash your hair. You can always buy some for a pound (but the vending machine was empty). Over the top of a KFC, which means a lot of mess and late noise. Loud music being played in cars in the early hours of the morning. If your a women on your own, you will porbably be frightened of the car park. Food there is average."

Beautiful property, so happy with my choice!

"We had a great time at Wotton House. The restaurant for dinner was lovely and choices for breakfast were good, best is to avoid busy times as it takes them a bit longer to replenish the buffet. The property has been refurbished thoroughly and gives of a fresh nordic/countryside vibe, the gardens are beautiful even in winter. The rooms are spacious and bright , with good amenities. They could benefit from a chest of drawers for people staying longer. Yet again all we had was plenty and when we asked for a luggae holder, it arrived within a few minutes. The gel/shampoo/lotion etc were amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the gym, again, everyone was very friendly and respectful. It might get busy at times, but we always found a way to enjoy all of the choices on option (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool) The staff at reception was great from A to Z and helped me with an unexpected and stressful issue I encountered to make my way back to London. I cant thank them enough. They have been truly wonderful. We will most certainly come back. "

"A very good option for early flights from Gatwick airport. Just a few minutes walk to departure lounge. The food is very good, 4am breakfast is a very considerate service! The only two shortcomings bases on my experience are: the hand washing sink is a bit clogged as the water in the sink goes away very slowly. Also the ventilation in the bathroom is a bit too loud and cannot be turned off. Overall a very good choice for airport overnight stay. "
