"It was a brilliant stay the only criticism as I am a large person it it would benefit them to remove the glass shower screen as this makes using the toilet difficult. (Fyi the shower and toilet are a wet room so this is possible)"

"Stayed at the Grand ages ago and it looks like not much has changed since our last visit. It's an older hotel with lots of charm and a fantastic lounge and great room on the main floor, but in need of renovation. Rooms are what one would expect for a modestly priced Central London location: small with little to no space and just basic conveniences.
