"The check-in instructions I received on my phone were clear, concise and to the point. The morning after, I found myself calling both the management company and Expedia. My complaint was about the absurd noises and door slamming coming from flats neighboring mine. The noises subsided but for the duration of my week’s long stay, they never fully ceased. Comfortable and convenient

"Very comfortable stay in a lovely, quiet room before a morning flight. Super convenient location, just a minutes walk to the check-in area in the North terminal with the entrance inside the actual terminal. Lovely clean and fresh bathroom with a big shower. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. Breakfast was good although the seating area was a little bit messy. Had a Toastie in the evening which was lovely. Would absolutely recommend! "

"Excellent stay, the hotel made it extra special for my son’s birthday. Very friendly staff and great food buffet for kids although this could have be replenished more often to keep things fresh, also some bits in apple juice at breakfast apart from that all food was good and helpful staff "
