"Booked a 2 night stay for a romantic getaway & to explore the surrounding area. On arrival at 2.30 our room was ready which was a nice surprise. We unpacked & went to the spa, it’s very small, only 2 loungers & 6 chairs bu the pool & they were all taken. The jacuzzi was full too so we had a swim, the pool wasn’t very warm & then eventually a few people vacated the jacuzzi so we hoped in, but unfortunately it wasn’t working properly the bubbles when they started were very underwhelming! "Staff were efficient and friendly, first room we were in had worn dirty carpet, toilet wasn't working and wouldn't flush, we were moved with no problems straight away, second room was for someone disabled but was much cleaner, beds moved and were not very comfortable due to this, room was roasting even with windows open, however they provide a fan which helped."
