"Two night stay, Feb 2025 Overall had a great stay, the Hotel is warm and comfortable and the refurbished decor is lovely. The log burner in the lounge/bar area was lit every afternoon/evening and we always found a comfortable corner. Bedrooms are not huge but are comfortable and we had a great view, worth the extra cost for a lake facing room. "The hotel is nice and the bar/restaurant area is good. However, I was charged for parking at the hotel which seemed somewhat excessive considering I was staying there. I can understand charging for parking in a busy city environment, but the hotel is not in a city and is also quite a long way from the ski slopes. Charging for parking was a bit of a shock."

"The place has beautiful surroudings, but the place needs an upgrade to match the beautiful mountains. Especially the food served for dinner was below expectations The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not acceptable. On the positive side, the sauna was very impressive.
