"The hotel is nice and the bar/restaurant area is good. However, I was charged for parking at the hotel which seemed somewhat excessive considering I was staying there. I can understand charging for parking in a busy city environment, but the hotel is not in a city and is also quite a long way from the ski slopes. Charging for parking was a bit of a shock."

"Stunning hotel, very comfortable rooms and social area. Lots of games on each floor for guests to use but the shuffleboard, table tennis and pool table should have a time limit as many groups would spend all evening on each, not letting others have a turn, disappointing especially for our children. We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go.
