Lots of games on each floor for guests to use but the shuffleboard, table tennis and pool table should have a time limit as many groups would spend all evening on each, not letting others have a turn, disappointing especially for our children. "The hotel is nice and the bar/restaurant area is good. However, I was charged for parking at the hotel which seemed somewhat excessive considering I was staying there. I can understand charging for parking in a busy city environment, but the hotel is not in a city and is also quite a long way from the ski slopes. Charging for parking was a bit of a shock."

"Two night stay, Feb 2025 Overall had a great stay, the Hotel is warm and comfortable and the refurbished decor is lovely. The log burner in the lounge/bar area was lit every afternoon/evening and we always found a comfortable corner. Bedrooms are not huge but are comfortable and we had a great view, worth the extra cost for a lake facing room. "Amazing hotel and staff. Easy ski in&out, very convenient on the slopes. Great view from rooms. SPA and especially sessions with Hannah was a real treat. Very good pizza and food. Highly recommend. Only fall back is you need a taxi to come back from apres-ski and if you dine in the town."
