"Wonderful stay! I was a solo traveler staying in hakuba for the snowboarding and I met new friends during my stay at this hotel! Theres a nice community lounge where people get warm and share stories about their day! Its also a 13min walk from Skyline Gondola and has many bars, restaurants, and food truck along the way!"

"I can not more highly recommend Shirouma So! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly situated near the bus terminal, Happo One, and restaurants. The onsen was the perfect way to finish a day on the slopes. The food was excellent and there was plenty of variety - while breakfast is set, it is different every day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very well-priced. Basic old-style Japanese accommodation with shared toilets and washing facilities in corridors. Japanese bath on ground floor. Good coffee shops for breakfast not too far away: Head café (near Adam gondola); Lion Adventure café (near bus terminal); café Senjeu further down towards railway station; café Baisen Kobo opposite Hotel Panorama. Excellent coffee at North Face in front of A-Coop supermarket. Lots of books to read and free computer use. Gravity Worx coffee is also...
