"I recently stayed at Hotel Okada, and I couldn't have been more impressed with both the hotel and its incredible landscaping. The landscaping was absolutely breathtaking, with vibrant flowers, manicured lawns, and well-placed pathways that created a peaceful, almost magical atmosphere. "The hotel is very class and offer a lot, one down side is we were ask to pay additional for my son where we had stated clearly the age during booking. Hotel always give reason thy do not link with hotels.com and rules and regulations are different. "

"This hotel is although old but it is very nice. The surrounding is serene & beautiful. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The only slight oversight was when the housekeeper missed out on a few minor details such as not taking away dirty cups & used glasses, not replacing the same number of towels. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay."

"A true traditional ryokan experience. The feel and service of all the amentities was superb. We were worried about the food as it was very unique. However all of it exceeded expectations. All the food was worth trying and had such an earthy feel to it. The service of the staff members were impeccable. Very kind and helpful. The place is little far to get to. So recommend calling ahead for shuttle service from the ryokan. Highly recommended."
