"This was a great, affordable location to stay while we explored Hilo and the surrounding area. It was clean and well taken care of. Our two boys used cots in the living room and we were able to sleep 4 without an issue. Great balcony for morning coffee and minutes away from many attractions.Two small challenges - it was not easy to find the correct parking lot in the dark and when we arrived late the AC wasn't on and it was a hot night, but that was a minor inconvenience."

"We had stayed in this building before and loved its convenience to Carlsmith beach park. This unit is small, but charming and perfect for our short stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We even cooked a couple of meals while we were here.If you want to see the turtles and have some sheltered snorkeling at Carlsmith Beach, this is the place."

"Access to the property was convenient and effortless. We were only a few blocks from most everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as were the bathrooms. Thank you for making sure we had coffee and creamer for our first morning - it was a life saver after getting in late after a long day of travel. The best part was how comfy the beds were. I slept like a baby! Can’t wait to stay at this property again in the future. Mahalo nui!"

"I stayed 6 nights in the penthouse. Such incredible views, the lanai & pool were my fave places to enjoy on property. Swimming with turtles at Carlsmith & Richardson were highlights. The condo was well equipped with extras, such as shampoo, sunscreen, condiments & spices. I never lacked for anything. The communication with Damir was excellent and he was incredibly responsive to my texts.For the price, this stay is beyond expectations! "Unit itself was bright, clean, and had stylish decor. Fit all 5 of us comfortably. Maybe a floor mat in kitchen and before lanai. "

"Condo was fine. Rained a lot, but loved being close to the park and ponds. Condo has everything you need including beach toys. Kids upstairs liked to run so a little noisy, but we were out a lot so it was fine."
