"The house was great for our party of 2 families. We had plenty of space and the house is very well equipped. A lovely clean house and great communication with the host. We enjoyed exploring the local area and the house was located well for this. The driveway down had lots of bumps and pot holes which you need to be careful of especially in the dark but other than this wouldn’t change a thing."

"Fabulous location - near to the beach, in an area that feels safe but is a short walk to the high street and a 15 minute walk into central Brighton. Xavier was really helpful at all times. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. Bathroom was a little ‘shabby chic’ and everything worked well, including the shower. My son loved the hidden room on the top floor!We really enjoyed our stay and it felt very homely and comfortable. "

"The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!"

"Tim came to the rescue! We had been planning my daughters Hen celebrations since last October. Everything going to plan until ......... The accommodation we had originally booked had to be cancelled on the day we were due to depart due to no water in the area! Panic! Until we found Tim's property. He was so calm and responded really quickly to my messages. Organised the booking in 4 hours and sent all information over so quickly. The property is stunning pictures don't do it justice . "The Barn is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The location is lovely, situated on the edge of Eridge woods and overlooking beautiful countryside - we were spoiled for views in every direction. The Barn was so comfortable and beautifully decorated and we loved the original artworks adorning the walls. Beds were very comfortable. The Barn was unbelievably well equipped - lots of kitchen gadgets and plenty of pots, pans etc etc. Better than my own kitchen! The outside space was lovely to sit...

"The property is very cozy, clean, had good parking, and is conveniently located near the water, entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Host was very accommodating. Would stay again. We booked 10 days, stayed 5. (We were there for a wedding and stayed with the rest of the group in a large farmhouse for the first 5 days.) It would be perfect for a short stay. The bedrooms are on the small side, no place for suitcases, not a lot of storage, 3d bedroom is perfect for children. Bathroom mirrors...

"We had a wonderful stay, ages 6-75! Perfect for everyone. Equipped with everything you need. 2 dishwashers with lots of people is a godsend. We enjoyed the open fire and the generous supply of wood. Would highly recommend "

"The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...

Solo stay in Brighton

"Really friendly helpful welcome. Kept my bags while I parked my car. Told me about the parking discount straight away. Room really clean and compact. Nice social bar. Can eat in or take to your room. Great location 15 mins walk to the beach. Breakfast excellent loads of choice. "

"comfortable, relaxing hotel. Robes and slippers in the room, which is great if you want to wander down to the spa, and/or chill out. The breakfast was lovely, a good selection and good quality. All staff from the reception,spa and breakfast were professional, friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept with nice seating areas to relax and enjoy the views. The spa is small, however they are up grading this and im sure it will be amazing once completed."
