"Fabulous location - near to the beach, in an area that feels safe but is a short walk to the high street and a 15 minute walk into central Brighton. Xavier was really helpful at all times. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. Bathroom was a little ‘shabby chic’ and everything worked well, including the shower. My son loved the hidden room on the top floor!We really enjoyed our stay and it felt very homely and comfortable. "

"The house was great for our party of 2 families. We had plenty of space and the house is very well equipped. A lovely clean house and great communication with the host. We enjoyed exploring the local area and the house was located well for this. The driveway down had lots of bumps and pot holes which you need to be careful of especially in the dark but other than this wouldn’t change a thing."

"The house is well sized and spacious with a lovely terrace. It's one of the best kitted out kitchens I've stayed at, we could comfortably cook for 8 of us both nights and it's well placed with buses and a walk into the city centre for exploring. I highly recommend the house."

"We had a wonderful stay, ages 6-75! Perfect for everyone. Equipped with everything you need. 2 dishwashers with lots of people is a godsend. We enjoyed the open fire and the generous supply of wood. Would highly recommend "

"Beautiful barn had all we needed for a wonderful, relaxed stay. Only fault was the garden was quite grubby; the table and chairs hadn't been cleaned from the previous people, as there was still an ashtray full of cigarette ends on the table. I had to wipe down the chairs by the hot tub before we could sit down and enjoy our evening. Only a minor fault, but I feel like the outside should be as clean as the inside. Don't let this deter you from staying here; we had a great time and really enjoyed...

"We loved it here! The location was outstanding-walking distance to everything & a safe neighborhood. The townhouse was adorable-we felt like we were in a dollhouse. "The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...
