"I booked 2 rooms for myself, my partner, my grand-daughter and her partner, as they had organised a day and night out in London. It’s about a 15 minute walk from London Liverpool St station so not far to walk. I’d requested if one room could be available a little earlier than check-in time and they organised it perfectly. "I was moved to the Crown Plaza re maintenance work being carried out at Holiday in Express Old Street. Lovely hotel however this added 1hr each day for travelling over to Shoreditch on the tube which I was trying to avoid using. The hotel was clean however I was quite amazed that they only clean, replenish tea/coffee/water if you ask! this is not done on a daily basis. "
