"Hotels without anyone on-site are great until something goes wrong. We had trouble activating our electronic key on our first day there, and the key inactivated on its own the second day. To Anegang's credit, we were easily able to contact the person on call, but each time it took about 20-30 minutes to get the problem taken care of, during which time we were locked out of the building. Also the air conditioning did not work well, which left us hot in a third floor room. Opening the windows...

"The apartment is in an excellent location surrounded by boutique shops, cafe’s and restaurants there is loads within a short walk. The apartment is a good size with nice living room and large bathroom. They provide us a cot for the baby and were great communicating with us. Apartment could probably do with a lick of paint and a few touches like a shelf in the shower and a few more bits in the kitchen but otherwise good. Overall all a really pleasant stay! "

"This was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee.
