"What a fabulous hotel. It was clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room had a small balcony, no room for a chair though. The mini bar was free and topped up every day. Great selection for breakfast. We had dinner there one night, fish and chips which was so tasy. The bus stop is just round the corner with buses running regularly to Haarlem station, where you can easily get the train into Amsterdam. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again. "

"If you’re looking for a place to stay in Haarlem, this is the place to be. The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Our room was great, and the space was clean. The location was great for us. It’s right across from the train station as well as where the busses come and go. Personally we never had a problem with noise from the station. We liked that it wasn’t downtown but still close enough to restaurants, cafes and shopping. It’s within walking distance to everything. Definitely...

"I enjoyed my visit tremendously. The woman who helped me check in was very kind and recommended places to go. The other front desk person Rolf was very kind and accommodating. The restaurant is centrally located to everything I wanted to see and do. The restaurant in the hotel called the Governor was absolutely fantastic. My server was Jorine and she was so kind. She gave me the best dining experience so a big thank you to her."
