"I was quite disappointed by the hotel - there was no wi-fi in my room, had to work on my computer at the lobby (which is very small and cold). And there was no breakfast - the place where it was supposed to be served was shut down. For the money I paid I expected much more - the hotel increased the price because of the important fair in the city, but without delivering the proper service."

"We selected this place based on price and location. All good based on that. What bothers though is that Orbitz states free breakfast, and when you get there, they tell you it is wrong, that it needs to be updated. This is not fair to any person booking over the internet. It needs to be updated so that it does not mislead any guests. "

"The receiption seems to have only one staff member working 24/7. A screaming match with him and a guest met me on arrival. Migrants seem to live here full time. There was shouting all night. It was frightening and unsafe. I checked out early and left. Changed rooms also. Horrible experience. Filthy"

Conveniently located for flying out of Frankfurt

"The hotel is next to the terminal building so that one can walk, even with roller suitcases, over to the check-in. The room was very comfortable and quiet. However, it was challenging to reach the hotel with our rental car. Because of ongoing construction, that didn't work out, even with detailed instructions by phone from the front desk. Instead, we dropped off the car at the airport and then walked to the hotel, which was straightforward. So, if coming by rental car, drop off the car first in Terminal 1 and then walk to the hotel!!"
