"Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price."

"We are family with kids and drove to Koh Samui. This property offer 6 units but only 3 parking lots. We are force to park our 2 cars at open space about 2-3 minutes walk between coconut tree/grass and no lights. Though beach is 5-7 minutes walk away but we can't access to it since there are private property in front of the beach"

"We were initially confused, following Google is a mistake, just look for Emerald condominiums, when we got there,pleasantly surprised, beautiful grounds,7-11,right across the street, quiet and peaceful. The unit was perfect "

"The property was listed as a 1 bedroom,it was a studio.Just about everything in it from the bedding to the kitchen is worn and needs to be replaced.It needs a good cleaning.It was only me so I did not complain.I was staying on the island for 10 days and only booked here for 3 in case it was not as advertised,and found another place.In my opinion it is a 2.5 star out of 5 in western standards. Men rekommenderar att man går och kollar på den första kvällen man kommer dit. Helt klart värt pengarna Finns ett gym löngst ner i huset och en pol högst upp. Det som drar ner betyget något var att det inte var städat eller rena lakan.
