"There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. Lot of options for food in the area, Mcdonalds, Starbucks just across the street in the mall. Local market 2 minutes walk if you want to experience actual local market. WiFi was excellent with router right in the room. Cons: Con only if you are mainly there to explorer walking street area. A fair bit of walk from all the action."

"Great condo, everything is close by. Central mall, beach road, etc. I didn't like that I wasn't informed when i checked in that they would be installing shower glass in the middle of my stay. I could have planned around the installation but instead they woke me up to install it. Afterwards i was told not to use the shower for 5 hours. Besides that the stay was great and I will definitely be back. "
