"Hotel was lovely TBF, the evening meals was a free for all. Went out for dinners instead so b&b is a good option. Local area looks a little run down, but it's not lovely restaurants just not what I'm used to 👍"

"After reading the negative reviews I became really anxious about my family holiday, to the point where I almost cancelled! I’m so pleased I didn’t because we had the most amazing time! The staff were incredible and views were spectacular. It’s a lovely downhill walk to Amadores Beach which is sensational and walking enthusiasts will enjoy the uphill challenge back up however for those of you not fancying an uphill climb, a taxi rank is nearby and only costs €4-5 for the journey! "Relaxing, decent food. Weirdly hard to get hold of water at certain times of day. Beds not that comfy and rooms aren’t properly cleaned every day. Nice walk down to the beach if you don’t want to get the bus. Not much going on around the hotel area."

"Location, right on the beach; very clean sandy beach - can do long walks along the beach in sea water!"

"It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

"Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids. "

"Check in disappointing - not allowed to check in early while others could I was told it was because I paid a cheap price booking late so they would only allow checkin at 3pm. They did take my baggage to store. I think clients should be treated the same no matter how much is being paid. Hotel is a great location for bus station and city centre 800 meter walk. Room would th balcony lovely. Great bedding no food available in the hotel at night. No signage from main road so hard to find "

"We had a fantastic time at Playa Bonita, there were loads of great food options, rooms were very spacious, pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds, and we really enjoyed all the available entertainment!"

"Few times in my Life travelling around the world i found so nice kind people .Everything was great all the staff expeccially CARMELO RAYCO CRISTIAN very Expert for breakfast so Amazing and KAVIN so kind at the reception not tò mention all the others the houskipping.It was my first time here but i want to come back as soon as possibile for sure thanks all again....RUGGERO"

"Went for a quiet and relaxing week of winter sun with my partner and the stay was perfect in all details. The villa was big and very comfortable. Breakfast is well served, great size heated pools. Hotel staff were friendly and kudos to the housekeeping, everything was so clean!! Highly recommend it"

"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were always accommodating and friendly, often greeting us as we entered and left. The pool and gym facilities were great. We booked a breakfast included package and the meals were always nice. It's located very close to the busiest area of Maspalomas so not suitable if you want a quiet holiday but for us it was perfect. "
