"Spacious, very well located in a very nice development allowing air flow and light. Mostly well equipped … new pillows needed, and chopping board was very small, scored, and unable to be cleaned efficiently. Cleaning pretty good, but, not thorough, as dust accumulated behind doors and on shelves of wardrobe. Pop up plug on left hand basin broken. We had a great stay. Love the area "

"When we arrived at front door of a small Spanish town we were shocked but that was down to me not reading it wasn't a tourist town but we soon got over it and enjoyed our 10 day stay with a 45 foot terrace facing the sun all day with a well equipped kitchen.it would have been nice if it had UK TV or even Netflix when we came home at night but we survived.They did have good security and underground parking if you needed it so thumbs up"

"This apartment is spacious and has the benefit of the most wonderful views. Not mentioned is the stunning roof terrace that has marvellous 360• views across several bays. There is, perhaps, not enough explanation of using the facilities and I had to message the owner frequently over the first few days. My advice is to ensure that you know how to switch on the hot water, where the washing machine is and possibly how to connect the WiFi before you book. I would thoroughly recommend this...

"Just a nice walk into Puerto Mogan or a short 5 minute drive right to the parking at the port An apartment with everything you need. The night sky like a comforting blanket... Sitting on the balcony and away from the light pollution of the port.. Just so special. We were there for almost two months Wonderful manager So helpful when we needed them for an issue unrelated to the property. They went above and beyond. "

"Die große Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern viel Platz. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster ist traumhaft. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, da man einerseits direkt an der Bucht von Arinaga wohnt, aber auch mit Arinaga zentral genug am Autobahnnetz der Insel. Leider hatten wir bei Ankunft das Pech, dass die Putzfirma nicht gut gesäubert hat. Das konnte jedoch durch Carmelo schnell gelöst werden, sodass nach etwas Stress die Wohnung recht sauber war.
