"Suite à un séjour de 10 nuits, l'appartement est à 5min de la plage, très central, 2 parkings sont à côté.L'emplacement est toutefois un peu bruyant car proche d'une grande avenue, Las Palmas est très urbain il faut dire aussi.Il est assez propre et plutot confortable hormis les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous avions accès à la terrasse commune qui est très agréable.La communication avec l'hote s'est bien passée mais pas très réactif pour apporter les ustensiles manquants."

"The apartment is absolutely front line, separated from the beach by a pedestrian promenade and above a furniture shop so not at all noisy. Balcony looks over the sea and we loved sitting out and enjoying incredible sunsets. The place is small and furniture basic, but that is pretty much what the listing says and it’s priced accordingly. It has everything we needed for a short break. My only concern - I’m not entirely convinced that the patio door out to the balcony was secure enough."

We communicated with the host through Whats App and he was very good at getting back to us. TV has only Spanish channels, it's not a smart TV, this wasn't an issue as we didn't come to Puerto Rico to watch the TV.
