Upon entering the home, you'll immediately be drawn to the spacious accommodations and panoramic lake views from the numerous windows. The foyer is situated to the right of the entrance, where you'll find a cozy reading nook. Overlooking the family area, you can unwind on the plush leather sofa or armchair while gazing at the lake in one direction and basking in the natural light shining through the large arched windows in the other direction. Be sure to have your camera ready to capture a glimpse of Big Bear's local bald eagles perched on the branches of the tallest pine tree just outside the home.
Descending the foyer, you'll find the family room area connected to the large, open-concept kitchen. The family room is warm and welcoming, boasting high ceilings and a grand wood-burning fireplace. Sink into the oversized chenille sectional sofa and take in the lake views or catch your favorite movie on the mounted flat-screen TV. Step outside onto the wrap-around deck for some fresh air, where you can grill on the propane barbecue while admiring the lake, mountain, and sunset views. A powder bathroom is also located off the family room.
The expansive kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and granite countertops, providing all the amenities necessary to prepare a delicious meal. The spacious countertops and center island, complete with its own sink, offer ample meal prep space. The Viking stove has two ovens and eight gas burners on the stove top. The kitchen also features a microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and walk-in pantry. A breakfast nook with a table and outdoor access to the deck is included, as well as a double sink with two large arched windows that provide gorgeous lake views. A standard coffee maker, toaster oven, crockpot, and pressure cooker are also provided. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, featuring a large custom-built grand redwood table with seating for ten. Surrounded by windows, you have an exceptional view of the lake no matter where you sit. Side crank out windows allow for the summer breeze to pass through.

We have 5 exterior security cameras. 1. Front Door Ring Doorbell. 2. Overlooking Front Driveway. 3. Overlooking RV Garage Driveway. 4. Back of house overlooking Dock/Lake. 5. Back of house overlooking deck stairway with hot tub area blacked out. These are on 24/7 and activated by motion.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss.
Lake levels vary throughout the year and boat docks availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Please contact us to inquire about the most up-to-date lake levels for this lakefront property.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
