"We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. First of all the location was excellent for what we needed. As we had relatives who lived just down the road and the wasserpark just round the corner. The apartment itself was well equipped. Plenty of space and modern touches. The communication provided was great with clear instructions and information. We have stayed in Wien on numerous occasions but this was our first time staying in floridorf. The area was full of the needed shops like...

"Spacious. Lots of storage and hanging in each bedroom. Immaculate bathroom and appreciate that the toilet and shower were in two separate areas so facilities could be used separately by different individuals. Well stocked kitchen so we cooked a couple meals but a cutting board would have been great. 5 mins from train station and there’s two big supermarkets there too."

"Martin is a nice host and communicates promptly. The apartment is on the ground floor and well appointed including a shopping cart and bicycle. The location is quiet, close to tram, groceries and the train station. I wouldn’t change a thing,"

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Apartment gefühlt. Es ist neu renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die antiken Möbel sind einfach klasse. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles da: Duschgel, Waschpulver, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, LED-Fernseher mit DVD-Player inkl. 2 Filme, verschiedene Tee-Sorten und und und. Die Wohnung liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, dafür aber ruhig. Die nächste Tram-Haltestelle ist keine 350m entfernt, so dass man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum ist. Kostenlose Parkplätze...

"cet appartement a très largement contribué au succès de notre week-end à Vienne. il est très spacieux, très joliment décoré, très lumineux, avec une charmante terrasse, et une chouette vue sur un jardin et au loin, les collines entourant Vienne. il est très fonctionnel. il est à 10 min de marche d'une station qui vous conduit en 12 minutes au centre de Vienne. quartier très calme "
