"We were terribly disappointed to be kept all night from the room next door having a room party. I contacted reception at 3:30am and 05:00am who did ask the guest to quieten down, which they did for ten minutes then the music went back on. We literally had no sleep the entire night. The radiator wasn't working so had a plug in heater. No hand tissues in the bathroom. Cleanliness was poor."

"We had to walk down several corridors and up and down stairs to access our room — if you have mobility issues I would advise confirming what is required when assigned your room. Spa bath was pleasant, but spa services seemed overpriced and I had difficulty getting them to share the price list ahead of time. Tea service was fine, but not sure the value was there for the quality. Preferred to eat around town, but the canvas lounge was well-appointed. Not sure the value proposition would justify a...
