Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. It provided a good base for all of us to hang out together whilst giving some space, great for games and a couple walks in the area. "This is a lovely property with very nice owners. The garden/land is huge and great fun to walk around. There are lovely chickens in a large coop. The house has everything you need. The planes are very loud but I got used to them and we did know this before going. The owners son sat and chatted to me and my daughter for quite a while and he let us in with the chickens which was great. There are a couple of local pubs, and we chose the Prince of Waterloo. "Great space for 6 adults - plenty of parking also. Good communication from hosts. On the flight path - loved the planes going over! Good pub down the road. Would have been nice to have a few welcoming bits - milk, tea, coffee, biscuits. But that’s just what we’ve got used to!"
