"Overall the stay was relaxing but the biggest issue I had was no communication. We had issues with cable, called for assistance the night we got there and first thing Saturday morning and no one called us back. we thought we could relax and watch a movie or two - didn't happen.. The coffee filters weren’t the right ones so the coffee was full of grounds. There was no foil, plastic wrap nothing to give a little assistance in the kitchen.
