"Advertising breakfast was really an exaggeration. Coffee, something called juice, cereal and waffle maker is really not breakfast "

"We checked in a little after 3pm and the television for the room was being used for an employee training program. The TV was brought back around 4:30pm. The room was not serviced for the 3 days during the stay. The first day, we did forget by leaving the "Do Not Disturb" notice on the door. The facility is clearly the best for the Eagar/Springerville area in terms of newer build and very convenient for the grocery store and restaurant. Will probably stay there again but would make it clear...
