"There was an issue with a guest in the room across from ours which caused a lot of commotion and noise in the middle of the night. At some point the police even became involved so needless to say we lost a lot of sleep as a result. The next morning we complained and the hotel manager (Owen Griffeth) was really very good and understanding. He made sure we left satisfied and we appreciated the gesture!"

"We could only check in after 7pm (staff problem after Hurricane Helene) and they didn't give me the room I had booked (2 large beds). They gave me a small room with 1 double bed and offered to put a single bed in it, but we didn't accept because there was almost no space in the room for it."

"The breakfast is to die for! The bed was comfy, and the room was very spacious! The hotel itself was very clean and the pool was nice. Could use more glass for dog walk, but over all it was a fantastic stay."
