Private backyard with just the right furniture — a table or lounge chairs. Chairs and umbrella for the beach. Edward is super easy to communicate with. No issues for him to navigate as the casa is updated but I’m sure he would have been right on it had anything come up. Would definitely rent again!"

"Nice clean place to stay, and great location especially if you have a pet. The yard is fenced in , equipped with a little putting green, and there is a small park just steps away. The house itself is equipped with everything you would possibly need --including a coffee maker and washer and dryer--and Jason the property manager was easy to communicate with and responds right way if you have any questions. "

"NIce property within the PGA complex. Has easy access to shopping, I95/Turnpike. Lots of restaurants nearby. Property owner Ana is extremely responsive to requests concerning the property. She goes above and beyond helpfulness. My husband and I highly recommend this unit."

"We really enjoyed the gardens and how easy & enjoyable it was to walk to shops and restaurants in the area. Host went above and beyond with amenities and much appreciated personal touches. Would’ve enjoyed a hot tub but we had fun at the beach and had more than enough provided beach gear. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!"

"Charming unit in Florida style bungalow in low key, established community with the true old Florida vibe. Very clean and very comfortably furnished and supplied. Half a block to beach, and used the beach cruisers to explore the surroundings, which are secluded from the more denser beach areas. "

"We enjoyed our week in this cute house. The two bedrooms plus large living room space were perfect for us. Kitchen is nice — new appliances. Bathroom is a bit small and dated, but no other issues with the property. Used the beach chairs that were provided. There is some noise from businesses in the vicinity, but that didn’t bother us. Would stay here again!"

"I stay at cottages and cabins all over the country. Prefer them to hotels ..travel with my dog. This was absolutely thebest..beautifully decorated, lovely porch, fenced in yard, peaceful location....very comfortable and tastefully done. And any item that you could possibly require or want was provided. I travel with trusty kitchen box..hardly had to open it. Welcome basket with snacks, fruit, sweets. Hosts were amazing. I could not more highly recommend this cottage"

"This was the perfect spot for a few days of relaxation. Just a short Uber ride to beaches and downtown. The bed was comfy, the space was perfect and the pool area was very private and secluded. Felt like we were at our own private resort. The only downside was the pool was very cold so we never got in it, but it looked beautiful and was very relaxing to sit outside. We enjoyed the beaches and downtown as well. "
