"We were traveling to see my brother for his surprise 50th birthday party. With 3 women aged 23-74, we anticipated challenges with only having 1 bathroom but were pleasantly surprised to find an extra vanity in the shower/toilet area of the bathroom. The property was beautifully designed, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!"

"Condo is as advertised. Everything in working order. Great views of the golf course with large screened in balcony. Can’t beat the location in PGA National. Great parking also. The community pool is very close. Would love to book again in the future."

"We had a great time at Paradise on the Park! It was within 5-10 of several different beach parks, and Carlin Beach Park was a super quick 2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk. It was also within 5-10 minutes of lots of great restaurants, and Publix was a quick 2 minutes drive as well. The condo has a great set up and was very well appointed. Jason was quick to respond to the couple hiccups. We would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"The condo was perfect but dealing with the property manager regarding my service dog was insane. She needs to have a checklist when a dog is staying. The checklist should say: We need vet papers, weight of animal, picture of pet.... ALL in one email not spread out over a week. Every time I would send her something I guess she would think of something else. Not professional at all regarding this situation. "

"The location can’t be beat close to shops bars and restaurants and of course the beach.The room was clean but very small cramped bathroom with broken toilet seat.I was surprised there was only enough coffee for two cups.I will try a different room next time or another building period."

"Everything was lovely - whatever small issues we had were very attentively taken care of. We did not realize though that the resort would charge us for our beach chairs and umbrellas everyday - that was our only issue - we wish it had been included in the VRBO price. Other than that, we had a great time!"

"Historic building had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. The short walk to a fabulous beach was wonderful. The condo is not right for a family of five. The condo only sleeps 4 and not 6 as advertised. The unit also needs a deep cleaning as the showers had mold on curtains, in caulk and bath mats. Corners and crevices were dirty with accumulated dust and hair. Otherwise tolerable conditions. Overall for the price we would stay again. The town is a little crazy and snobby though....

"The condo was very clean and communication with the owner was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I liked the security of the garage. Although we didn’t use the pool, we walked around those areas as well as the gym. All areas looked inviting and in well-maintained shape. Two suggestions for an enhanced stay would be to have a TV in the bedroom and a walk-in shower, otherwise, it was a great stay and I would return here to rent."
