Were charged the whole price since their policy is 24 hr advance notice. Photo online is NOT what we observed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY disappointed. "The house is as advertised on the listing, having ample beds, rooms, and space for big groups to get together and have a great time. We were a group of 12 friends and stayed in January when it was between 0-20 degrees out & snow on the ground, but that was not a negative at all.
