"My son and I stayed here for one night. The staff are cordial and helpful. The interior is comfy and warm. We love the fireplaces. The room is clean and comfy. The breakfast is good. We had a very pleasant stay. "

"This hotel is great. I loved the evening reception as it can be boring and lonely when you stay in hotels a lot. The rooms are spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff are all really friendly, especially Maria. An unexpected surprise was the laundry facilities. We have been on a very long trip and it was great to be able to get rid of the laundry burden that had been piling up. Breakfast had a good range of options and the shops on Broadway are easy to walk to. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
