"The staff were unbelievable during our stay at Brentwood Holiday Inn on 14th to the 15th March. It was the first time staying with our 8 month daughter. The staff provided a cot that was clean and comfortable. Only gripes were the bed moved easily as was on wheels and could have done with it being pulled out and hoovered behind, as our pillow fell down the back and it was very dusty. Also the shower gel dispenser was empty. Apart from that it was a very nice stay. Room and facilities were good."
