"Was beautifully clean - which is quite important to me, so I was impressed. The bed was very comfortable and the snacks and small breakfast in the room was a lovely touch. Lady who greeted my partner was very pleasant and helpful. Only one downfall if you are a light sleeper is that the hotel is opposite a clocktower which chimes on the hour, every hour. "The room was exactly as shown in the photos! Very easy check in, everywhere was spotless. Beds were more comfortable than my own at home. Bottles of water left in the bathroom for us, bathroom was also extremely clean, shower was lovely. Fresh milk left in the room in a chillis bottle, along with tea coffee and kettle. Zara was extremely accommodating and had her son in law come to help us within 5 minutes when other guests locked us in the property by accident. Would definitely recommend and...
