"Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. "

"I enjoyed my stay, l was able to walk to the ocean, there are shops, restaurants, and museums around the beach house to go and visit. The house is in need of updating, like the furniture, the door to the main bathroom is cracked and hard to close, the door to the outside shower needs work once you open it you can't close and lock the door, the garden hose in front of the house is broken in two, the vents in the bathrooms need to be cleaned so they work better, and the house should be updated to be handicap accessible. I had an issue with the TV on Sunday, l sent a text to the management property, the next day Alex came and fixed the issue l didn't have to wait, l had a good stay, but the house is in need of updateing and repairs need to be made. is broken in twoiswas broken in two, the ve"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I have stayed in Avon multiple times and this house is back with the locals. The house is vibrant and decorated nicely. The rooms were spacious and accommodating. The host has flip flops, sunglasses, board games, available. Under the house is very cute and took us by surprise (beach accessories, a hammock, table, and more …my kids loved to play in the pebbles down there). There is a coffee shop walking distance from the house and the beach exits are easy to get to. We did seafood boils on the stove. There are plenty of appliances and tableware. My only negative is that the owner should invest in one keypad lock or new locks for the doors. Coming home from the beach/ sound with hot, sandy, sleepy toddlers and playing with those doors to get in the house really had me find my zen multiple times. Also bring: paper towels, trash bags, detergent, dish detergent, and beach towels. Overall I would recommend this house. I enjoyed the multiple seating options and how both levels of the house are great for gathering, sitting, eating, while also having your own space. Hope to book again soon. "

" The Deck provided our family a wonderful base for our vacation. It was perfect for our twelve family members-four grandchildren sharing the bunk room and each child and their spouse having their own room. But by far the best part was the deck…covered with a ceiling fan, the hot tub, room for scooters, bubbles, and corn hole games. Trips to the end of the street to the walkway to the beach access, across the street to Dairy Queen which were frequent, down the street (just two miles) to Food Lion and Duck Donuts makes The Deck what realtors call “location, location, location”. Really, this place is a ten. Comfy, not the kind of place you have to worry about your child breaking something-it is child friendly inside and out. The hosts went over and above to make our vacation just what we needed. It feels like home!"
