"Superb hotel. Quiet, clean & hotel staff eager to help you. Excellent breakfast, although beware the service charge for providing latte and cappuccino coffees that they are very keen to get you. Also beware the small hotel service charge that they ask to add on when you check out. Will definitely visit again."

"10 / 10.Fantastic staff in n ALL areas. Great breakfast, full english cooked and continental. Breakfast staff worked very hard together to ensure you where sested very quickly. Bar on top floor was also good even in January, it was not open every night of our visit but a Tesco store 2/ 3 doors along road if you wsnted a drink in your room. Or a bar on the basrment level in the Hotel. Aldergate tube station 200 meters along the road. Starbuck coffee shop next door. We stayed in room 811 with a balcony over looking city."

"Very comfortable stay in London. On arrival you are greeted by very friendly staff and the smell of the hotel was beautiful. Marlin you are missing a trick here i would happily have bought some reed diffusers if you had them on sale. Hotel is a few minute walk from Lambeth Tube Station, which gives you easy access to the whole of London. 10 minute walk to London Eye and Embankment. Sainsbury convenience store is right next door. The hotel was spotless. Room clean, warm and comfortable with every amenity that you could need, ie kettle, microwave, small hob, and all plates cutlery etc plus the complimentary L'Occitane toiletries were beautiful. Highly recommended and now our preferred choice for staying in London"

"This has become my go to place to stay in London. The rooms are small but they’re clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is convenient to the Farringdon Underground and railway station and for an additional charge there’s an amazing buffet breakfast."

"We stayed here for 2 nights on our anniversary weekend and were upgraded to an executive suite with a kitchen (we have hotels.com platinum status). The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, the layout was perfect so we had space and felt relaxed. We overlooked the rear courtyard on the 4th floor, lovely and quiet. Our first evening was spent in the hotel restaurant, where Pranil made us feel so welcome and was very attentive, constantly checking on us and refilling our glasses. The meal was delicious, perfect portion sizes (we initially thought too small but were surprised at how filling!), and the wine was perfect. We had breakfast the next morning and Pravirath (not sure of spelling) was equally as hospitable, patiently explaining the options and keeping an eye on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They are both a credit to the Tower Suites brand. We asked for mattress toppers the next morning, as I found the bed a bit hard - the lovely reception staff organised 2 to be placed on the bed, which felt like we were floating! We actually abandoned our afternoon plans in favour of a snooze :) The hotel location is perfect, next to the DLR and a tube station, across the road from the Tower of London, plenty of restaurants and things to do. We used the minories car park across the road, which is only 4.50 on Sat overnight. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already booking our next stay in March! "

"Excellent hotel beat Liverpool St. station. Free room upgrade and bottle of wine included. Fantastic room which was small but had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Incredible view over central London. Great strength hairdryer! Walkable to many underground stations and the main train station. If I had booked longer I would have made use of the fitness suite. Will definitely consider staying here again for my London trips! "
