"It is a clean, good size room with mini fridge , perfect for us sonce the hotel was pretty pricey for our budget and couldn’t afford to eat out every meal. The biew is awesome, the subway is half a block away and another a few blocks away opposite direction. A small market and cafe (Pret I believe it’s called) so very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful "

"We really enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the staff. The only problem we had was we booked the hotel for the convenience to the Underground Tube station as well as they had a "sky bar". We tried to go to the Bar, but were told there was a private party, so we were denied entrance. That was very disappointing; however, my husband and I were each given a complimentary cocktail in the restaurant bar. We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and the hotel was lovely. The hotel should have made known of a "blackout" to the SKY bar. "

"CitizenM is a great choice for the solo traveler. It’s got everything you need in a compact room (very efficient use of space putting the bed against the wall/window with storage underneath). The Tower Hill London location is convenient, and the public spaces at the hotel are modern, chic and welcoming to sit in, relax, and have coffee or drinks. Feels very safe and comfortable. "
