"My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It feels more like an apartment, although there is no kitchenette. There is a mini-fridge, but no kettle. The location could get a bit noisy, being so close to the train/bus stations. Overall it's a pretty good stay. I would consider this place again if I'm in this area again."

"Stayed 4 night for business during Jan 2025. This is a pretty unique hotel - it is situated in a very old building (renovated, of course) right at Piazza dei Signori, so location can't be better. We never met Paolo, out host. However, he has been super responsive and helpful over whatsapp. I had a room with a balcony over the Piazza, so great view. "Wonderful stay for celebrating New Year and visiting the area. Rooms were large and well appointed, bathrooms modern with all amenities, very clean. Breakfast included had a large variety of pastries, fruit, cheese, salami,milk, yogurt, juices and coffee. The manager was pleasant and very helpful, making coffee for everyone in the mornings. Will be back when in the area and recommend the place to friends-day trips to Verona, Vicenza, Padova, and last, but not least, amazing Venice. "

The building and setting are beautiful, the managers are extremely kind and helpful (from looking up and printing out information about local hikes for us, to sending us by courier a phone charger that we left in the room by mistake), and the location---very close to Monte Grappa---is perfect if you plan to do some hiking."

"Room 1 was perfectly place in the middle of the piazza, breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Francesco was very helpful. We took a picture of a menu and she took the time to translate it for us! Would definitely recommend staying here. Great location in the middle of old town."
