The condo is an older building, and when we arrived the elevator was out for the first 4 days of our stay, but it wasn’t a big deal as the apartment itself is only up one flight of stairs. We have rented many other condos previously but I’ve never encountered one with such a well-equipped and beautiful kitchen! We also really appreciated having some kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper, trash bags, and dishwasher pods well-stocked....

"Needed a small quaint place to stay for the long weekend in Melbourne and this was perfect. It’s older and has a musty smell but being by water I would expect that somewhat. The owners were great and responsive and we had everything we needed for the weekend. Great location. It was a lovely little bungalow and we Would stay again. "

"Our stay was amazing. The condo is in the perfect location in the complex. Ocean front and right next to the pool. The ocean was pretty rough the week we were there but it made the sound of the waves crashing that much better. My pup loved it too. The dog areas are not much, especially for bigger dogs, and the beach in front of the condo is not pet friendly... but you have to walk down some stairs to the actual beach area, so there is a sandy area at the top to the side of the condo where...

"Everything about this condo was AMAZING. It was clean, stocked with plenty of supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, laundry pods, etc), and had the best view of the ocean. Everything we wanted to do during our honeymoon was within 30 minute drive, and we even walked to several local places to eat. Highly, highly, highly suggest coming to Satellite Beach. I can confidently say that we can’t wait to come back and stay here again!! "

"Clean, updated unit. Basic needs provided but no extra/special touches. Plan to bring everything you need (such as coffee filters). Pictures are accurate but don’t include picture of outside unit. I probably would not have rented it if it did. "
