"The air conditioning did not work, the place was very dirty and the condo itself was under construction in the areas we would have stayed…bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The owner and property managers were communicative. We wish the owner and property manager would have been aware of the poor condition of the unit and would have cancelled our reservation beforehand. Due to the lateness of not finding out the place was uninhabitable, we had to drive back home our dog. We are waiting for...

"The photos are accurate and the location was wonderful. The condo is an older building, and when we arrived the elevator was out for the first 4 days of our stay, but it wasn’t a big deal as the apartment itself is only up one flight of stairs. We have rented many other condos previously but I’ve never encountered one with such a well-equipped and beautiful kitchen! We also really appreciated having some kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper, trash bags, and dishwasher pods well-stocked....

On the plus side: it was very clean, had plenty of linens, was quite sound proof, had good television viewing, had nice decor, the furniture was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, there was a washer & dryer (with laundry soap provided), the property manager was great (Taylor), the unit had decent views of the ocean and beach; and the price was good. On the negative side: the photos and description said it was a corner unit, however, this was deceptive as...
