"The Davis House is a fine place to stay, it is comfortable,clean,and safe. The owner Kyle provides everything you need. the wraparound rooms provide nice privacy and its close to the river and many dinning options and lots of free self parking close to rooms. Its owr second stay and we plan to stay again. Chris and Jenna K."

"Some aspects are outstanding, others need some improvement.Built into a large garage, located right next to the owners' house. Entrance on first floor gives access to a staircase leading to the dwelling.Pluses:Set back from the community and quiet in the morning. View of the lake and pool adjoining the owner's house is lovely. Very comfortable bed. Recent air-conditioning in the bedroom and is silent. Place was clean when we arrived. "Very disappointed as we booked and I was looking forward to a peaceful place to stay but they called and said the couldn't honor the hotels dot Com price. But if I booked through them I could pay their price which was 30 dollars more each night. My credit card had already been charged and I could not get the money back right away and when you are traveling it's hard to have to juggle funds and figure things out. At least Hotels. Com always helps us out. "

"Such a unique and perfect property that gave our family of three generations a much needed break from the stresses of reality. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and we had great support from the kind neighbours. There are so many thoughtful additions that entertained all the family. We would have no hesitation in recommending this little piece of Heaven."

"The deck and view is very nice. The dogs enjoyed the large fenced in yard and grass. Right next door is a great restaurant you could walk to. The property was a little hard to find but is right on RT 1 so traffic at times was heavy. The train does run right across the street so you do hear it when it comes by. About 4 miles away is a Winn-Dixie and about 10 miles in Palm Bay was a lot of shopping. We all had an enjoyable stay. "

Lovely Hilton Hotel in downtown Melbourne.

"The Melby is a lovely hotel, with very helpful, warm and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. Bed linens were very comfortable. The only minor flaw was the awkward placement of the pump for hand soap which was located on the wall quite far from the sink. In addition, the bathroom mirror is quite far back from the edge of the sink, which juts out quite a bit. A makeup mirror would be a good solution. We would definitely return to the Hotel Melby."
