"We enjoyed our stay at 321, Liftoff. Great accommodations: well-appointed kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, spacious living area, with comfortable seating, and comfortable master suite. Easy access to the Cocoa Beach Country Club, great walking in the neighborhood, and early-morning and sunset kayaking (complete with a dolphin sighting!) were highlights of our vacation. "As native Floridians from the gulf coast, who love the east coast, this was a great spot to stay with family. The unit is very spacious and we easily felt at home. Being able to wake up and just walk onto the beach is a great perk to this spot. Our kids love the choice of having a pool to swim in when they got tired and worn out from jumping in the waves. We will definitely be staying here again. 10/10"

"We have stayed at this property 6/7 times in multiple units visiting regularly from nearby Orlando. The unit is nicely appointed and has a great view of the ocean with very beachy feel and vibe. However as previous reviews highlighted the beds need attention! All three, the twins and the queen not only squeaked but were very uncomfortable. Many areas of the unit could use new paint. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable!"

"It was a very nice property with nice heated pool. Beautiful views of ocean . Beautiful balcony. The only downside was the closet had LOTS of stuff to use for the beach that was awesome to use with sand in them. I think that made the unit smell.i lysoled everything and lit candles and by day 2 it was better. Would stay again!"

"Despite the old building undergoing renovations, and no longer having a pool (its filled in with sand), the ocean view and the powerful wave sounds make it all lworth it! The condo is clean and neat, just right for our two couples. "
